MotivAction provides clients with a turnkey service for their conference comprising all phases from the initial planning and co-ordination stages to the final preparation and operation management stages. This includes selecting a venue and accommodation that is most appropriate for the conference. Our staff provide an integral link between the client and venue personnel, negotiating rates, selecting menus and ensuring activities run smoothly and in accordance with the conference timetable plan.

MotivAction staff meets and greets all delegates on arrival to the venue registering and providing them with relevant conference details and materials.
